The season ending BBQ will be held along with the AGM on Saturday September 30th. Meeting starts at 12pm noon.

On Saturday the AGM was held, and the executive slate of Alan Maguire - President, Anne Fairlie and Sandy Campbell - Social Directors, Murray Millar - Treasurer, Tannis Shick - Secretary, Nancy Clark-Kingston - Vice-President Supervision, John Chenoweth - Tournament Director, Arthur Wolf - Director of Instruction, Jim Longo - Membership and Nancy Estey - Teams was acclaimed by unanimous decision of all in attendance.
